It’s the month of Love and here at Brighton Fusion we’re offering a loved up selection of grooves from Brighton DJ, D-No. Knowing that Fusion is often typecast into the techno/ minimal/ breaks category we”re trying to bring you more genres from Brighton’’s artists. D-No’’s passion for music and DJ’ing began in around 94 when he started frequenting clubs such as Golden & Kinetic in Stoke on Trent. After hanging out in the main rooms for a while he was soon drawn to the more mellow sounds being played elsewhere. From that point onwards House music of all kinds has been his main musical focus.

Since moving to Brighton over the last few years D-No has played at various venues including resindencies at The Cosmo Bar & The Setting Sun, Above Audio, The Tzar Bar (now the Honey Bar) also The Lo Lounge.

The Balearic/sunshine thing comes into D-No’’s sets whenever possible, as well as this he likes to venture into the deeper soulful/underground side of things if that’’s what suits the mood. It’’s important to play tracks people know and can relate to as well as all the latest promos! The future includes continuing to play out and about around Brighton, further Margot’’s Theme Parties, a venture into the production side of things and who knows what else!
