It’s that time of year again, the dreaded most hyped up night of the year, it’s New Years Eve. At Fusion we have for a long time been fans of not taking this too seriously, and this year is no different. When your [...]
It is still 1985 @ New Hero
[ December 13, 2008 10:00 pm to December 14, 2008 4:00 am. December 31, 2008 10:00 pm to January 1, 2009 10:00 am. ] 1985 was a year of many firsts for me. I was born 61 days before it started so I can’t remember any of them. I imagine it was the year which included taking my first steps, my first words and my first birthday. Stanton Warriors // Concorde 2
Here are some shots from the Stanton Warriors at the Concorde 2. This night was also the supposed Brighton Fusion x-mas party, about time we had one since our formation in 2004. Local darlings, entrepreneurs and media monkeys of the music industry, Alex Stacey and Chris Gorsuch of FatDrop found themselves amongst a sea of geeks who looked like Jesus, quite fitting considering they were in a church to pick up the “Break Through Business Award” at the Digital Media Awards (DiMAS) ceremony on Thursday 28th November.
Admittedly, [...]

Brighton singer and songwriter Paul Diello warrants attention for his soulful acoustic performances. Performing live in dimly lit venues, he instantly melts hearts with his voice and sensibilities switched on by a a love of female folk legends such as Suzanne Vega, Martha Wainwright, and Tori Amos.
Paul has been making music all of his life [...]
