With the end of the year approaching fast we have our first NYE listing – it comes in the form of turntablist DJ Yoda. Yoda first came to our attention with his 2002 cut and paste series, mixing, scratching and layering various clips and sound effects. It’s pretty clear he milked that venture, releasing disks such as the not so needed 80’s edition. He then went on to adapt his skills by adding video mixing using some of Pioneers newest kit. Yoda still has a strong crowd pull so this should be a good contender in the NYE venue battle.
