Partying like it's 1999?
New venue, new promoters – same concept. ATT100, like the inimitable Duracell bunny rabbit, keeps on going.
Jim fucked off to London, where he belongs, and now the night is being deftly manned by Mark Mnky Hooley, artist and Brighton club scene legend/veteran (Gogglez, Hectors, Bust the Box). ATT100 has moved house a few times as well, but it’s come to a lovely resting spot in the friendly, artsy nook of The Globe on Middle Street.
ATT100 is still every Friday, still free, still 100 fairly random tunes belonging to SOMEONE’S heart – and it’s always a good crowd where pretty much anything goes – literally.
So, the night that sees anyone who’s anyone have a go presents Morris Hammer this coming Friday (24 April) to DO HIS ATT100 THANG. Expect eclectic to jump out the window, while Morris brings in “old trance anthems, grime-blip grooves and rock-core melodica” and god knows what else.
And if the music ain’t to your liking, never fear, the pub serves grub til 8.30pm and there’s board games a’plenty, plus random nice people to chat and get drunk with. And Mnky and Morris are lovely to boot so never fear ! Also, it’s Mnky’s birthday so expect lots of balloons and party-poppers!

That comment wasn’t meant to be a slur or a back-handed compliment – I was an idiot for writing so easily misconstrued.
What I meant was that London was the perfect place for someone as sharp as you.
